Good
Very good and particular dishes, the caccio e pepe with prawns was excellent, it really surprised me! The steak was also excellent and very tender, the only thing I didn't like very much was the tartare, too philadelphia and the salmon wasn't anything special either. For the place and environment I wasn't expecting gourmet dishes, but I was expecting more tavern/trattoria dishes... Slightly high prices but the quality seemed excellent to me! Overall good restaurant, worth trying.
Very fairytale location on the outside, on the borders of the Montevecchia Park and the Curone Valley, and elegant on the inside. Few tables but immersed in a tastefully furnished and silent space. The menu offers dishes with genuine and traditional ingredients but revisited, very well, in the execution. The raw materials are excellent and combined with an excellent balance of flavors. The wine list is extensive and with quality products: our Ribolla was very good. Prices in line with the service offered and the menu offered.
Excellent food cooked very well, competent and kind staff, small and quiet environment. This is the third time we've eaten here and we've always had a good time.
The walk to the pyramids or cypresses, before or after eating, is a must. The many half bottles of wine are a plus. Congratulations.
A pleasant surprise! The room is very welcoming and well furnished. As soon as we sit down, we are served a delicious single-portion appetizer. The courses are fairly quick but plentiful. The combinations are refined and refined at the same time. It is certainly one of those restaurants where you can take someone to dinner to make an excellent impression. We have already returned once again and there will certainly be no shortage of others.
We ate very well. The place is well furnished, it is not large and there are not many tables, even if full there is no chaos. The staff were kind and attentive. At the end of the lunch they accompanied us to the wine cellar and the chef was very kind and very passionate in telling us the history of the bottles.
A place to eat, renovated and well maintained. Opening hours must be checked. If you then want to walk a bit, go up the path after the access staircase to Osteria 48 and after just about 100 m you arrive at an easy path. If you go left you will quickly arrive at the lowest "pyramid" of Montevecchia. Going right instead, the road leads upwards with almost flat sections and some uphill stretches. Pyramid No. 2 can be reached with a beautiful climb along which you can see the views to the East, West and South very well. Then at the top the panorama is 360 degrees. Continuing, you reach the highest part of the Montevecchia Park, always on an easy path that only has a few small passages where you need to be more careful. If the explanation is useful, please like.
A beautiful internal location with very friendly and helpful staff. The cuisine leaves a lot to be desired....the cold cuts were not of a high standard even though they were advertised as such. I would say they were average...the welcome mousse was wonderful...the hamburger was excellent....the cut was average with a little too much " ribs" ...while the braised meat was really "soft", not soft.....it was overcooked...
Average wine, high prices
